Returns & Exchanges

At Finery London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 28 days of receipt provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring the return slip is included inside the parcel to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
